Taicang Zhongbo Railway Fastening Co., Ltd. (brand: ZBRF) is a leading Chinese supplier of rail fastening systems and track materials. As an integrated enterprise encompassing design, manufacturing, and supply, we are committed to delivering high-performance fastening solutions for railway networks, urban transit systems, and industrial crane applications worldwide.

With over 18 years of industry experience, we have exported our products to more than 60 countries and regions. Our commitment to quality is validated by ISO, CRCC, and DB certifications, and our products have been qualified by world-class railroad companies including UP, BNSF, SBB, PNR, MTR, TRC, PR, etc.

Our product portfolio covers fastening systems for normal axle-load lines, as well as heavy-haul lines with an axle load of up to 35 tons, complying with AREMA, EN13481 international standards. We manufacture a wide variety of fastening types—including W-type, E-type,spring blade-type and rigid fastenings—suitable for concrete sleepers, wood sleepers, steel sleepers, and concrete slab tracks. In addition, we operate production lines for steel-profile processing products, manufacture tie plates, rail clamps, steel sleepers,etc. Our products have been successfully deployed in many large projects worldwide, such as Mexico's Maya Train Section 1, Tanzania's TRC Lot 5, the Western Mining Line in Algeria, U.S. track work, Brazilian freight railroads,etc.

Beyond our manufacturing capabilities, we place strong emphasis on technological innovation. Our in-house R&D team is dedicated to the continuous improvement and development of rail fastening across diverse operating conditions. We also maintain active academic partnerships, serving as an research and development base for State Key Laboratory of Southwest Jiaotong University in the field of rail fasteners, and collaborating with institutes and universities like Tongji University.
