ZBRF successfully supplied fastening system to WUYISHAN Tram project
ZBRF was awarded at the beginning of 2020, after 10 months efforts, we finished the supply of rail fastenings to project of WUYISHAN tram projects.
The fastening systems are W14-CT and WT-2, which are both developed by ZBRF.
This line is 26.17km long, designed speed is up to 70km/h, axle load 13tons, by using track 60R2, welded connection.
Consider the requirements of project for comfort, ZBRF designed the fastening in low stiffness, it is 45-55KN/mm. The properties of this fastening are as below:
Longitudinal resistance is more than 9KN
Fatigue properties meet requirements of EN13146-4, after 3 millions cycles testing, none components broken, gauge increasing within 6mm, change of clamping force within 20%, change of longitudinal resistance within 20%, static stiffness change within 20%.
Electronic resistance : no less than 5kOhm
Extreme weather condition influence test meets requirements of EN13146-6, after 300 h SST, any of components could be removed by hand.
Puling out of casting inserts: no less than 70KN
Gauge adjustment: -12~+12mm, in step of 2mm
Height adjustment:+10mm, in step of 1mm
