Taicang Zhongbo Railway Fastening (ZBRF) is a leading rail track materials supplier from China to worldwide for more than 15 years,  with business range covering from railway fastenings, rail tracks, railway sleepers to turnouts. We supplied our  track materials to more than 60 countries worldwide, including North America, South America, Europe, Africa and Southeast Asia.

We are ISO, CRCC, and DB certified. All testing of track materials could be conducted in house, covering from raw materials to anti-corrosion testing. We also cooperated with transportation University for track, to conduct all required testing for design and performance purpose. Facility and personnel are both qualified.

For rail tracks and sleepers, we supplied for rail next work with speed less than 160km/h, axle load 26tons for passengers and 35 for freight. Standard refers to AREMA, BS, JIS and EN too, such like 115RE AREMA rail tracks, JIS37 rail tracks, EN54E1 rail tracks, steel sleepers for 136RE rails, UIC50 rail etc. We also supplied these track materials for Industry rails to South America.

Our production are separated to rail fastening production in Jiangsu, and rolling parts in Handan. For rail fastenings, we supplied for railroad network speed under 250km/h for normal axle, and 160 km/h for heavy haul which is up to 35 tons axle load, both according to AREMA and EN13481 specifications, and also supplied for metro, tram and such like urban transit, and cranes for industry and transportation.
